Can you believe we’re already halfway through January? How are you doing with your New Year’s health and fitness goals? Did you make any concrete New Year’s Resolutions this year?
I’m not much of a New Year’s Resolutions kind of girl. My philosophy is that any day is a good day to adopt a new routine, so there’s no need to wait for January 1st to get started on my goals. There really is something about the New Year bringing a fresh start, though, that I get excited about — especially after a holiday season that’s so often filled with edible indulgences.
If you’re trying to get more active this year, Chobani has a fun little guide that might help (you know, Chobani: the Greek yogurt people?) you to stay on track with healthy eating and a little extra activity this winter.
From highly-involved activities like skiing and running to things that are accessible to almost all of us, like dancing around the kitchen, Chobani gives us 10 Fun Ways to Burn 100 Calories. Check it out:
Pin this little 10 Ways to Burn 100 Calories graphic, print it out and stick it on your fridge, or save it as your screensaver on your phone. Or bookmark my blog post and come back every day (I’m partial to that last option, myself)! It’s a handy reminder that with a little extra effort, you can burn off 100 calories in the middle of your day.
Disclosure: Chobani contacted me to invite me to share this 10 Ways to Burn 100 Calories campaign. I did not receive any compensation for writing this post (including free or discounted product). As always, all opinions here are my own.
